We played there on a Saturday in December 2001. It's quite a long ride from Phuket town to that course located some 30 kms north of Phuket island (very close to the seaside). It offers beautifully designed holes and a nice club house with acceptable food. The pleasure of playing is however somewhat spoilt as driving range, tee boxes, fairways and greens seem to have been poorly maintained for already quite some time. Our caddies didnt speak one word of English so we didnt have to bother about asking for advice. Combine all this with the costs - 2000 Baht greenfee, 200 Baht for caddy + tip - (comparable to the other courses on Phuket island) and make up your mind. The news of this price/performance ratio seemed to have spread as on this weekend day there were hardly more than say 20 people playing. We felt that all other courses on Phuket were the much better choice.
