The Tanjong course is about 6500 yd from the middle tees. They were adding another nine to the Serapong to make it another full 18 when I played in April 2001. This is truly a downhill-uphill course for both nines. There are a few flat holes, but they are not memorable. The par 3 5th hole is vertical up the hills only to be followed by the par 5 6th which is played from the peak back down into the valley. The 11th par 4 up the hill and 12th par 3 down give you the reverse kind of play, with water hazards to contend with. Both the 9th and 18th are finishing holes up the hills towards the clubhouse.

This is a wonderful and challenging course, Highly recommended. The club house and staff are first rate.
